About me

Independent travel consultant on Brazilian destinations
I was born in Italy, my father is Italian, my mother German. My family emigrated to Brazil in 1978, where I lived and studied at a bilingual German-Brazilian school.
At the age of 18 I returned to Italy, Milan, where I studied and graduated in Communications and Media at NABA Academy.

I've been working since then as a video editor, camera assistant and producer on documentary films, web documentaries, tv shows, commercials and other products.
Today I collaborate with Peacereporter, an Italian based online newspaper about international affairs, where I am responsible for the audiovisual department.
My actual job connects my passion for film, social engagement and travel.
I'm currently living and working between Milan, Genoa and Rio.

When I'm not on assignment I organize tailor-made trips to special destinations in Brazil, and when compatible with my timetable and desired I accompany small groups on their trips, always relying on the expertise of selected native guides.

I always say, my origins are European, but my heart and guts are 100% Brazilian. I never get tired of discovering new aspects of this astonishing country and it's always a great pleasure and almost a 'mission' to transmit to visitors an insider view and bits of love for this country and it's people.

I speak fluently German, Italian, Portuguese and English. Good comprehension of Spanish and French.
